Welcome to PKO Boxing. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including outreach programs, community solutions, and consultancy. By accessing our site or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We operate as a non-profit charitable organisation offering tailored solutions to individuals and businesses.

 

2. Training Services

Course Enrolment

  • Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a signed agreement.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, you’ll be offered a refund or alternative dates.

Payment & Refunds

  • Payment must be made prior to course commencement unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date.

  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or late cancellations.

Intellectual Property

  • All training materials are owned by PKO Foundation and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

3. Recruitment Services

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

  • Clients agree to notify us of any candidate hired within 12 months of introduction.

Fees

Recruitment fees are based on a percentage of the candidate’s first-year gross salary, agreed in advance.

  • Fees are payable within 14 days of invoice.

Candidate Guarantee

  • If a candidate leaves within 8 weeks of employment, we’ll offer a free replacement or partial refund, subject to terms.

Data Protection

  • We handle candidate data in accordance with Ghana Data Protection Law. Clients must also comply with applicable data protection laws.

4. IT Consultancy Services

Scope of Work

  • Services are delivered according to a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW).

  • Changes to scope must be confirmed in writing.

Fees & Payment

  • Fees are based on hourly/daily rates or fixed project costs.

  • Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific consultancy service.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement.

6. Data Protection

PKO Foundation complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

PKO Foundation shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, business, or data

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the relevant service.

 

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms or unethical conduct.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
